April 15, 2024—In a recent survey of current customers in our skilled nursing (SNF) and retirement care communities (RCC), Powerback Rehabilitation once again earned exceptionally high customer loyalty and satisfaction ratings. We achieved an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86, with a stellar NPS score of 92 within our retirement care communities. To provide context, NPS scores range from -100 to +100 across industries, with scores over 50 considered excellent and those over 80 regarded as world-class. Notably, this is the fourth consecutive year in which Powerback Rehabilitation’s overall customer satisfaction has increased!
